Born into this natural world on June 18th, 1982, Don J. Rodriguez began his journey toward purpose in the Kingdom of God. An awesome Young Man of God, his primary focus is “being about his Father’s business.”

Don was born in San Jose, CA and was raised in Milpitas, CA, a small town outside of San Jose. His mother is of African American decent and his father is Cuban. Unlike most children, Don was not raised by his natural parents. His father left when he was at the tender age of two years old. At the age of five, his mother was taken from him as well. Spending the majority of his life without parents or family, he became used to being alone. It was not until the Holy Spirit led him to Psalm 27:10, “When my Father and Mother forsake me, then the Lord will take care of me,” (NKJV) that he realized he had never been alone. This was also his introduction to God’s Word.

What is…

Don has always had a love for DJ-ing, break dancing, MC-ing, songwriting, and entertaining. A natural talent, he began expressing this love before his knowledge of Christ. His partnership with Christ, however, has taken his gifts and talents to a whole new level! Thus, we have the birth of ENOC. He chose the name ENOC, because he strives to imitate the life of Enoch in the book of Genesis- a man who walked so closely with God that he was taken away, escaping the experience of death. A lyricist, B-Boy, and uncompromising soldier with a raw truth-“in your face” element is what to expect when this Man of God picks up the microphone. Listening to his art, one cannot deny that he feeds his audience the Word of God. ENOC is spirit-led as he ministers. Daily, he lives the life that he speaks, teaches and ministers about. He answered his call to win souls through the gift of music at the age of 21.

What is to come…

Determined to see God’s will done on Earth, he “doesn’t hustle and flow, he hustles for souls.” In the near future, look to see his ministry expand to other areas and genres, as the Lord leads. He has an interest in acting and fashion as well. Regardless of where God takes him, we can count on seeing him actively engaged in spiritual warfare on the battlefield for the Lord, representing Jesus Christ with everything within him! According to ENOC, “Winning souls is the only option, and I will die to get it done.”
